Ajay Merchia is the Group Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform at Moveworks. Ajay drives the vision and execution of Moveworks’ Agentic AI platform strategy, empowering organizations and developers to build, deploy, and scale AI agents. His team’s mission is to ensure every developer can launch highly reliable AI agents that solve real business problems, and start creating impact in minutes.
Ajay holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to Moveworks, Ajay created internal AI-powered GTM solutions at Sage Intacct, improving efficiency for lead qualification & outbound prospecting.
Vaibhav Nivargi is the CTO of Moveworks. Vaibhav oversees the Core infrastructure and platform functions, and is committed to delivering the best possible AI-powered support experience to enterprises worldwide.
Vaibhav co-founded Moveworks, an agentic AI assistant that helps employees of large enterprises find answers, automate tasks, and boost productivity. Moveworks utilizes an agentic AI reasoner to seamlessly connect all enterprise systems, allowing for deep enterprise transformation and increased employee productivity. Moveworks serves over 300 enterprise customers, including notable names like Honeywell, Unilever, Marriott, Siemens, Broadcom, CVS and more.

Vaibhav holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Prior to Moveworks, Vaibhav founded ClearStory Data, a big data and analytics company, and was also one of the early engineers at Aster Data, a pioneering big data company acquired in 2011. He is passionate about driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Kevin Mok is a Staff Developer Advocate at Moveworks, serving as a crucial bridge between the Agentic AI platform and the developer community. His work is centered on enabling developers to master AI, providing them with the knowledge and tools to solve complex, real-world problems. Through education and community building, Kevin helps ensure every developer can transform their ideas into impactful AI solutions. Before joining Moveworks, Kevin's background was in software engineering, where he developed and maintained software for advanced robotics in the biotech sector. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University.
