Moveworks.global will take place Tuesday, April 23, 2024 PT. This is a hybrid event so you can select to join in-person or virtual. The in-person experience will be hosted at Signia by Hilton in San Jose, CA.
There is no fee to register for Moveworks.global.
We anticipate attendees ranging from press, analysts, and leaders from some of the biggest and most influential companies around the world.
Keynote sessions will be available on-demand starting April 29, 2024.

In-person experience
Yes, the discounted room rate for the event is $289.00 + tax. You will have the option to reserve a room on the confirmation page, once you have completed registration. Please note: rooms are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am PT. The hotel will do its best to accommodate any early arrivals. All bags can be stored with the bell desk until your room is ready and after checking out on your departure day.
The closest airport is the San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) approximately 5 miles or San Francisco (SFO) approximately 40 miles from Signia by Hilton San Jose.
A cab or ride share (Uber, Lyft) from the San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) to Signia by Hilton San Jose is about 10 minutes and will cost approximately $15-20.
We recommend business casual attire. Dressing in layers is also encouraged as the air conditioning in the meeting rooms can vary. The average daily high temperature in San Jose during April is 70°F with a low temperature of 49°F.
Yes, Moveworks will be hosting breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day and at the closing reception.
Moveworks complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 30 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, requests made less than 30 days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Mother's services are also available upon request.
Special meals: All event meals are created to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free diets. Please use the dietary restriction section of the registration form to log your dietary restrictions.

Virtual experience
On April 23rd go to global.moveworks.com and click on 'View Session' to join. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password used to register. Prior to the start time you will be brought to a waiting room until the session begins. Once the session has started, press the play button to start the stream.
Yes! Chat will be available. Feel free to add any comments or questions. Subject experts & moderators will answer as many questions as they can. Any questions they are not able to answer live will be followed up with after the event.

- Check your internet, wifi connection or speed at https://www.speedtest.net/ or https://fast.com/.
- Restart or refresh your browser & devices.
- Check for browser or device updates.
- Check on your location permissions, firewall, and blockers (disable them).
- Manually adjust your video quality using the gear icon on the video player's lower right.
- Make sure your speakers and volume are enabled on your device & in the video frame.

No, you are only able to access the virtual platform on one device at a time. If you try to access the platform on two devices, you will be logged out of the old device and into the new.
