He has over 30 years’ experience in business & people transformation, spanning strategy and business case development, service delivery, organisation design, work design, employee experience, outsourcing and offshoring, and technology implementation. Bob works with a range of technology vendors in the HR landscape, focused on AI business and value case realisation and the implication of AI on roles, skills organisation, operating and service models.
